Why Individual Therapy?

We all carry inner voices, emotions, and habits that shape how we feel and act. Some protect us from pain, others hold wounds from the past, and some simply want to be heard. At times, these parts can clash—leaving us anxious, stuck, or disconnected from who we really are. 

IFS therapy creates a safe, non-judgmental space to meet these parts with curiosity and compassion. In doing so, you open the door to deeper healing and greater harmony within yourself.

Who This Is For

Anyone can benefit from this work, and anyone is welcome to work with me, regardless of age, gender, background, orientation, beliefs or any other personal criteria.

    I offer sessions of 60, 80, and 100 minutes with a standard pricing model and various discounted options available.  My prices are available at the top of this page. If price is an obstacle for you, please don't hesitate to reach out so that we can find a suitable arrangement. Accessibility is one of the core principles of my work.
