Book a free intro call or reach out directly
If you have a question about IFS therapy, workshops, or consulting, you're welcome to book a call, send an email, or message on WhatsApp.
Choose what feels easiest
There is no need to get it perfect before contacting me
Some people prefer to start with a free introductory call. Others want to ask a practical question first, check availability, or simply get a sense of whether the work might be a good fit.
However you begin, the aim is simple: make it easy to take the next step without pressure.

Direct contact
Prefer to message first?
That's completely fine. You're welcome to reach out directly if you want to ask about therapy, workshops, organisational consulting, practical arrangements, or whether a free call makes sense first.

What to expect
If you're reaching out about therapy
- 1You can simply share a few lines about what is bringing you here now. It does not need to be polished or complete.
- 2A free introductory call is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for the work, and see whether the fit feels right.
- 3If we decide to work together, we can talk through session format, availability, and whether online or in-person support makes the most sense.
- 4You are also welcome to get in touch about workshops, facilitation, or consulting projects for groups and organisations.
If you are contacting me from outside France, online sessions are usually the easiest starting point. If you are local to Fontainebleau, Avon, Bois-le-Roi, Melun, or Paris, we can also discuss in-person possibilities.
